7. Analytics and Tag Management

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage, Google Search Console to monitor search visibility and technical performance, and Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage website tags. Google may process device, interaction, cookie, and approximate-location data according to its own policies. We do not currently use Google AdSense.

8. Pinterest Tag

We use the Pinterest Tag to measure visits and actions associated with Pinterest campaigns, build performance reports, and understand how people interact with content after clicking a Pin. We may share limited information with hosting, security, analytics, tag-management, newsletter, email, affiliate, professional-adviser, and legal-compliance providers when reasonably necessary. We do not sell personal information for money.

13. International Data Transfers

We operate from Bangladesh and use providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, providers may use contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.

14. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, maintaining subscription preferences, securing the website, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and certain disclosures or uses of personal information. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. If a browser-recognized opt-out preference signal is legally required to be honored, we will treat it as a request for that browser or device where technically supported.

17. Children’s Privacy

Our content is available to a general audience but is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

Information we collect when you buy something

If you place an order, we collect and store the information needed to fulfil it:

  • Name and email address — to confirm the order and send dispatch and refund notices.
  • Shipping address, and a separate billing address if it differs — to deliver the parcel and to check the payment.
  • Telephone number, if you give one — to contact you about a delivery problem. It is not required to place an order.
  • Order history — what was bought, when, for how much, and the status of any return.
  • Correspondence — messages you send about an order.

Payment card details

We do not collect and we do not store payment card numbers. Card details are entered on a form hosted by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] and are handled by them under their own agreement with you. We receive only a confirmation that the charge succeeded, the last four digits of the card, and a transaction reference — enough to recognise the charge and to issue a refund, and not enough to take another payment.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Order and delivery information is held to perform the contract you entered into by placing an order, because a parcel cannot be sent without an address. Order records are also kept to meet bookkeeping and tax obligations, which is a legal requirement rather than a choice.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for [N] years to satisfy tax and accounting rules— a period set by law, not by preference. Correspondence about an order is kept for [N] months after the matter is closed. Marketing consent, where given, lasts until it is withdrawn.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete the order:

  • [CARRIER / FULFILMENT PARTNER] — name, address and telephone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
  • [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] — the amount and the billing details you supply, so the payment can be taken and refunded.
  • [EMAIL PROVIDER] — your email address, so order confirmations and dispatch notices can be sent.

We do not sell customer information, and we do not pass it to advertisers. Where third-party marketing pixels are used on this site they are described above, in the sections on analytics and affiliate tracking, and they are not given the details of an order.

Your rights over order data

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where nothing requires us to keep it. Write to [PRIVACY EMAIL] with the order number. A request to delete is honoured except for the order records that tax law requires us to retain, and we will say which those are.

This section is a template. Every [BRACKETED] value must be replaced before the shop takes an order, and the finished policy should be read by someone qualified to check it against the law of the state you sell from.
